It's on you to check that CBD and hemp products are legal where you live before you order. Rules on CBD flower, hash and THC limits differ from country to country and change. We can cancel and refund any order going somewhere we can't legally send it. Nothing here is legal advice.
Customs & import charges
We ship from the UK. Parcels to the EU can pick up import VAT, customs duty or a handling fee from the carrier on arrival. These are set by your country, not us, aren't included in our prices, and are paid by the receiver. If a parcel is refused because of these charges, we can't refund the original shipping cost.
Dispatch & packaging
Orders placed before 1pm on working days (Mon–Fri, not UK bank holidays) usually dispatch the same day. After 1pm, weekends or bank holidays, they go out the next working day.
Everything ships in plain, discreet packaging, with no product names or pictures on the outside. Every order is tracked and you get the tracking link by email when it ships.
Lost or damaged?
Damaged, opened or something missing? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery through the contact page, with your order number and photos of the parcel and the items. We'll sort a replacement or refund.
Not arrived? If tracking hasn't moved, or it's not with you within 7 working days of dispatch (10 for the EU), contact us and we'll chase the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, we resend or refund.
